During 2023 a feature of our walks was us taking turns to share our favourite tracks, book and luxury items, just like Desert Island Discs.
Inevitably the story telling involved memorable passages of our lives, including events and facts that were not known to one another.
We all agreed that the process of pulling together our favourites involved a fair degree of retrospection, honouring those that had gone before and those no longer with us for their part in our life story.
We all concluded that, despite some hard times, we can be extremely fortunate for the gifts, opportunities, family and relationships we have been blessed with over the years.
